What are my payment options?
We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard. Regrettably we do not accept Discover or American Express at this time.
When is my credit card charged?
All credit cards are billed at the time of shipment.
How will my order be shipped?
PLM DeZigns will ship your order via Federal Express (FedEx) based on the option you choose. The cost is dependent on the products you order (weight), your location, and choice of delivery (overnight, 2nd day, or ground).
What is your return policy? Customer satisfaction is our principal concern at PLM DeZigns. We gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise and we will exchange it or issue a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective please contact Customer Service at 262-255-2816 for further information.
If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, just replace the gift in its original packaging and follow these simple steps: Contact our customer service department at 262-255-4816, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) or e-mail us at customerservice@plmdezigns.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Reason for return
- Order number
- Request for refund or exchange.
Once we receive your information, we will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This RA# will ensure prompt and proper handling of your refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that has been used, soiled or damaged. Merchandise must be returned with original packaging and/or tags intact to ensure complete credit. Any item returned not meeting the above conditions is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Write your RA# on the packing slip and return to:

Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the US Postal Service, please send it via certified mail. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received.
All sales become final after 30 days.

Cancellation Policy
PLM DeZigns works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us as soon as possible at 262-255-4816 and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please see our return policy for further information.
Defective, Damaged or Missing Items
Please email or call our Customer Service Representative at customerservice@plmdezigns.com or 262-255-4816 within 15 days of delivery so we can quickly arrange for a return or replacement.
Refused Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by PLM DeZigns and any other related costs.
